PALS operates in Passaic and Camden Counties.  This program targets youth between the ages of 3 & 12 that have been exposed to domestic violence, either as victims or witnesses.  The program utilizes music therapy, art therapy, play therapy and other expressive therapies to facilitate the child’s recovery from their traumatic experiences.  The goal of all of the expressive therapies is to enable children to gain control over their feelings that are affecting current behaviors and performance in educational and social environments.
